At Keune Haircosmetics Pakistan, we ensure our salon-grade products meet your expectations; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. Please ensure the products remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is received, our warehouse team will review the provided details to ensure the product is eligible for return based on its condition and seal.

  Schedule Pickup

  After approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or provide instructions for you to ship it back to our Karachi distribution center.

  Refund Processing

  Following a successful physical inspection of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
